I was in Wal-Mart last night doing my grocery shopping for the week, and I heard Deck the Halls playing. On the fifth of October??? I mean, I have a lot of good feelings about Wal-Mart as a company–they get decent products to people at good prices, they help out with disaster relief all the time (and I would know)… but 90 days out with the Christmas songs?
Come on.

I haven’t heard Christmas music at Walmart yet. Really, I strongly dislike Christmas music that isn’t about Jesus. I don’t like “Jingle Bells” and such songs. Blah!I could (and do) listen to Transiberian Orchestra Christmas music ANY time of year.

My kids adore the music as well. I especially love “Christmas Eve and Other Stories”. They were in concert in Ft.Wayne (an hour away from us) last year. We would have gone, but we found out too late.
