One Must Go

Do I have any lawyer friends who are up for a *real* challenge?  🙂

In the 2012 U.S. Supreme Court case, “Arizona v. the United States,” SCOTUS ruled that Arizona could not enact its own immigration law, because Federal immigration law existed.

Therefore, the existence of the National Firearms Act (not to mention the Second Amendment, but hey…) means that either *all* State Firearms laws are immediately repealed, *or* States can enforce their own immigration laws.
