No Lodge Last Night…

… For me, at least. I went to a Neighborhood Watch meeting instead. I felt compelled to go; I keep getting invited and not showing up–I feel anti-social! Except for meeting my neighbors, however, it was a complete waste of time… Thankfully, I live in a very quiet neighborhood.

Definitely a step up from my last two residences!

  1. I think it is cool that you went to neighborhood watch! We don’t have one… don’t really need one. We do look out for eachother… Did you enjoy meeting your neighbors? Are they your age? Maybe you made some new friends! All our neighbors are much older.Did you used to live in dangerous neighborhoods? :O

  2. :O !We used to live in kind of a bad neighborhood with my hubby’s little brother. Once there was a loud cussing fight (lots of those actually) in the street between a drunk dad and his teenage daughter. He punched her! Then she ran to our house to call the cops (cops were in the neighborhood alot)! I wasn’t home for that… bil was.Another time, a pitbull was running loose through the street and jumped into my sil’s van when she was in the driveway with the door open and her kids were still in their car seats!! Thankfully, it was a “nice” pitbull!!! :OThere were also alot of drag races with junky cars with no mufflers…I am so glad to be out of that neighborhood….
